If you're like me, you've slowly been noticing that your body is changing. You're now north of 40 and notice changes with your body: 


  • harder time recovering after injury
  • difficulty with pain control
  • new diagnosis like Fibromyalgia or arthritis

  • difficulty maintaining a healthy lifestyle and fitness


I get it. I know exactly how you feel. 


We can't keep moving like we're 20 anymore, but that doesn't mean we can't keep moving. 


My Fibromyalgia diagnosis came in my early 40s after many years without answers. I suffered from unexplained pain and injuries until I finally had an answer. 


I did my research and looked for movement that didn't cause flare ups or days of recovery.  I tried different workouts and programs, adding more recovery time, but it didn't work because these programs weren't designed for people with chronic pain. Some programs were geared toward Fibromyalgia, but they only focused on the movement piece. What I needed was healthy lifestyle fitness, but I couldn't find it. Through my own journey, I realized that movement needed to be accompanied by mindset and nutrition. Without this triad, the system was incomplete which meant my results were limited....my pain and flare ups would continue. 


For many years, I battled to stay healthy without injury prior to my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I used to believe that exercise had to be hard, intense and painful for it to be effective. What I've learned is that gentle, focused and purposeful movement is not only what my body craves, but what it also needs....and so does yours. So get rid of your outdated ideas about what movement and wellness means and join me in exploring movement that feels great and doesn't cause pain.
