Before you start any program, it's important to know your strengths and imbalances. This assessment includes mobility, balance, and strength components. You'll leave with a few movements you can do at home to correct any imbalances and we'll be ready to create a program that is safe, effective and designed for your body and goals.

The 12-Week Life Shift Program is designed to identify your triggers and learn tools and strategies to not only minimize but also eliminate your paint. Each week we'll cover a new topic and you'll receive exercises and activities that will help solidify your results. Our clients have created amazing results: improved relationships, eliminated pain, increased mobility, gained strength and stamina, developed positive mindsets, and lost weight.
Each coaching session is 45 minutes.

This 1-1 Training Package is for people who want to train 2 or 3 days per week.
Each session includes foam rolling, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. The workout program is designed based on YOUR assessment, YOUR goals, and YOUR limitations or injuries.
Each session is 30 minutes
2 days/week - $400+HST
3 days/week - $600+HST
Meet new friends while you exercise 2 x week in this 7 week session. This is a full body workout suited to all fitness levels. We'll incorporate cardio, strength and flexibility exercises and modifications will be provided.
Each class is 45 minutes.

Foam Rolling is a fantastic way to keep your muscles happy, healthy and flexible. In this hands-on session, you'll learn the benefits of rolling, 5 techniques, and the DOs and DON'Ts of rolling. I know you're going to fall in love with rolling by the end of the session.
