This is a great next step after completing the Stress Buster* or Momentum Starter Program* (*completion of previous programs isn't required).
This 12-Week Program uses a simple and effective system to help you shift your life. We'll work together in private 1-1 sessions where you'll learn tools and strategies that are easy to implement and will get you the results you're looking for.
We'll cover a number of topics including stress management, setting boundaries, time management, reducing inflammation, increasing movement, self worth and forgiveness.
Client results include improved relationships, eliminated pain, increased mobility, gained strength and stamina, developed positive mindsets, increased energy, improved sex , and lost weight.
Each coaching session is 45 minutes.
$399/month+HST (for 3 months)
6 Week Package
Each session includes mobility, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. The workout program is designed based on YOUR assessment, YOUR goals, and YOUR limitations or injuries.
Each session is 30 minutes
2 days/week - $450+HST
3 days/week - $650+HST
Meet new friends while you exercise 2 x week in this 7-week session. This is a full body workout suited to all fitness levels. We'll incorporate cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. Modifications are provided.
Mondays and Thursdays - 7:30 - 8:15 p.m. EST

Foam Rolling is a fantastic way to keep your muscles happy, healthy and flexible. In this hands-on session, you'll learn the benefits of rolling, 5 techniques, and the DOs and DON'Ts of rolling. I know you're going to fall in love with rolling by the end of the session.
Session is 60 minutes.
$75+HST (per person)
